Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to develop manage and strengthen key business relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with a strong commercial mindset who thrives in client-facing environments and understands how to align organizational goals with partner needs.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining long-term partnerships identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across all commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase value

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver solutions

  • Monitor account performance and ensure contractual commitments are met

  • Prepare reports insights and relationship updates for leadership

  • Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and integrity at all times
