Job Summary
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Focuses on day-to-day training
- Campaign Planning & Optimization: Assist in planning creating and optimizing PPC and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Bing Facebook Instagram X Snapchat LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and improve targeting.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and track ad performance metrics such as impressions clicks conversions reach engagement and ROI. Compile reports to analyze results and make recommendations for optimization.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B tests for ad creatives and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget tracking and spend allocation across campaigns ensuring efficient use of funds and adherence to budget goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports detailing key metrics insights and recommendations to improve campaign results.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- South African ID
- Computer Skills
The successful candidate will be trained on creating optimizing and analyzing paid search and social media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook and Instagram. They will also learn to use key advertising tools conduct keyword and audience research and implement strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
