Job Summary

Key responsibilities:
- Storage and Equipment: Oversee all wet and dry storage areas commercial kitchen equipment events demo kitchen equipment and general hygiene at Makers Landing.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day projects and checklist as per schedule.
- Administrative Tasks: Attend meetings maintain stock and equipment records and report on activities at Makers Landing.
- Inventory Management: Assist with planning and maintaining inventory to ensure controls and minimize waste.
- Facilitating Communication: Facilitate cross-channel feedback from tenants and customers.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities conform to set SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Requirements:
- Ability to learn on the job
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Must be a South African citizen
- Interns who require workplace experiential training as part of qualification requirements
- Willing to work shifts and weekends
