The Role
In this key support role youll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our client base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries and requests scheduling daily work for operators monitoring and signing off run sheets and coordinating driver activities. Strong communication is essential as youll also play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships and proactively notifying clients of any operational delays.

- A proactive positive attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
