Experience
- 35 years of core recruitment experience with strong exposure to referral hiring or lateral hiring
- Proven experience managing high-closure pipelines across multiple technologies or skill sets
- Strong understanding of tech roles skill adjacencies and resume-to-role mapping
- Experience working directly with hiring managers business stakeholders and internal TA teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced high-pressure hiring environments
- Track record of improving conversion ratios and time-to-fill
