Job Summary

To support a global client we are actively searching for German-speaking Customer Support Agents for an international project based in Greece. This is a on-site position located in Athens with an immediate start this role you will guide customers through processes related to accounts services or products while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. All interactions must be documented correctly in internal CRM systems. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone email and live chat. Your main objective will be to understand customer needs provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues. This role is particularly suitable for graduates candidates. You will receive comprehensive paid training detailed guidelines and ongoing support from team leaders. Candidates with previous experience in customer service call centers hospitality or retail will be considered a plus however motivated entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
