Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights hotels car rentals etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about travel options policies and destinations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone email or chat as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
