Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights hotels car rentals etc.).
- Provide accurate information about travel options policies and destinations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle customer interactions via phone email or chat as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
- Proficiency in English for internal communication.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
