General Profile:

As a CS Consultant you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making for clients. You will independently manage portions of projects contribute to business issue analyses and play a key role in category reviews lead generation and client engagement. This role requires strong analytical thinking attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable format. You will also support internal initiatives and mentor junior team members.

 

Key Competencies/Responsibilities:

 

Category Review Analysis

  • Conduct and challenge client briefs with a solid understanding of the briefing process.
  • Build and present category review analyses to identify market trends growth opportunities and competitive dynamics. Conduct end-to-end business issue analyses with supervision addressing client-specific questions. Integrate QBO into analyses to enhance data-driven recommendations.
  • Deliver insights in a clear actionable format to support client decision-making.
  • Proactively seek feedback on deliverables incorporating PQR and t-NPS evaluations.
  • Simplify complex problems using data visualization and storytelling techniques.

Project Involvement

  • Support other analysts with minimal supervision contributing to project execution and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Reporting BI) for report setup commentary and final delivery.

Lead Generation & Revenue Contribution

  • Take ownership of Lead Generation by developing a deep understanding of the full NIQ services and product portfolio including incremental offerings and by guiding the Insights team and other internal functions to identify develop and convert opportunities into incremental sales through strong trust-based client relationships. Independently identify and qualify leads meeting specific targets per associate/client.
  • Uncover sales-ready leads that contribute to closed-won revenue at expected levels.

Service Model Transition (SMT) Support

  • Understand and apply SMT processes including proper briefing documentation. Act as the main owner of consultative services related to the Service Model including core contract renewals proposal / RFP development processes and the creation and delivery of customer presentations

Thought Leadership

  • Proactively use and summarize TL materials identifying emerging trends and best practices in category management and analytics.
  • Create customer value by leveraging existing NIQ tools and capabilities to support clients business objectives through Thought Leadership materials.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Contribute to or lead client relationships depending on client size engaging with key departments and stakeholders. Develop and implement a Joint Business Plan for each assigned client including the definition and alignment of client objectives as well as the establishment and tracking of success metrics. Work in close collaboration with the Sales (AD) team to define strategic direction and customer service strategy driving client priorities through the Joint Business Plan.

Engagement

  • Actively participate in and lead internal initiatives or Service Excellence workstreams.

Developing Others

  • Mentor and coach junior associates supporting their development and integration into the team.

Qualifications :

Min 5-8 years of experience
