About you
You are experienced in qualitative analysis and dedicated to using data to inform practice and support learning. A strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to collaborative approach in building and implementing assessment practices. Youre a relationship person who is tech savvy committed to bringing rigor in practice and using data in service of results.
You are committed to ensuring all children and families have every opportunity they need to succeed. To be successful in this role you must be aware of the complex dynamics of our national educational landscape and the challenges that community members face on the path to achieving economic mobility
About the position
Reporting to the Director of Assessment and Evaluation the Specialist Assessment is responsible for developing and managing the data collection processes for multiple stakeholders to track qualitative and quantitative progress including working directly with StriveTogethers Pathways Impact Fund. Additionally the Specialist will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive data collection communications encourage data use in continuous improvement and develop high-impact analyses and presentations for our stakeholders. This person will represent StriveTogether in external meetings presentations and partner communications communicating clearly and professionally with partners and stakeholders.

Location and Work Requirements
This role can be remote or hybrid (3 days in office) based out of StriveTogethers downtown Cincinnati headquarters.We will consider remote applicants from most U.S. locations; however were currently unable to support employment in Hawaii Alaska Montana or Puerto Rico due to operational limitations.
StriveTogether prioritizes candidates from locations proximate to StriveTogether partner locations.
This role will require up to 15-20 travel for non-Cincinnati staff with slightly less for staff based out of headquarters. Candidates should have the ability to effectively use remote work technology including Slack Zoom and other technology.
Compensation and Benefits
This is an exempt role. StriveTogethers salary structure includes a geographic differential based on a candidates location. To give candidates a sense to potential total compensation we offer the following candidates offered an initial interview with our team we can answer questions at that time.
