This newly created position plays a critical role in supporting multiple store locations by addressing employee concerns coaching store leadership enhancing HR documentation and mitigating organizational risk. Qualifications & Expertise

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
5 years of experience in HR or employee relations preferably within multi-unit retail quick-service restaurants or hospitality.
Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources practices policies and employee relations.
Strong aptitude for conducting investigations documenting outcomes and providing actionable recommendations.
Exceptional organizational interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is highly valued.
Proficiency with HR software systems and related technologies.
