Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior TPM who will design manage and deliver large cross team projects in a dynamic high growth space. You will work closely with product science and engineering teams to deliver on critical programs that help customers discover and engage with content.
The right candidate will have both a strong technical background and either technical management or program management background. You must be able to manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously define and drive strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives. You must have a diverse set of unblocking tools and mechanisms resulting in an ability to cultivate relationships and earn trust with teams both inside and outside of your overall organization.
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
