We are looking for an experienced Automation Project Engineer to manage and deliver industrial automation projects from concept through commissioning. The role combines hands-on engineering with project coordination working closely with clients suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Automation Project Engineer to manage and deliver industrial automation projects from concept through commissioning. The role combines hands-on engineering with project coordination working closely with clients suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead automation projects from design to commissioning
Develop control system architectures and automation solutions
Program and configure PLC HMI and SCADA systems
Manage project scope schedules budgets and documentation
Coordinate with electrical mechanical and software teams
Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
Support on-site commissioning and client handover
Ensure compliance with safety quality and industry standards

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Automation Electrical Electronic or Control Engineering
Proven experience delivering industrial automation projects
Strong PLC programming experience (e.g. Siemens Rockwell Schneider or similar)
HMI/SCADA development experience
Ability to read electrical schematics and control documentation
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Willingness to travel to site when required
