The Retirement Strategies Investment Management team plays a vital and highly visible role in overseeing and developing investment products and solutions designed to support longevity and improved financial outcomes. Primarily the team is responsible for the fiduciary oversight of over $140 billion of insurance funds assets. We provide investment management expertise and product oversight working with internal teams as well as external partners to deliver the best-in-class results for clients. Additionally the team supports Retirement Strategies future growth opportunities focused on improving retirement outcomes across the globe. Leveraging our talent capabilities and Prudentials trusted brand we fulfill our purpose of making lives better by helping people protect their lifes work in order to live longer and more financially secure in retirement.

What we offer you:
Market competitive base salaries with a yearly bonus potential at every level
Note: The salary range for this role is $80000 to $85000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits including a competitive discretionary annual cash bonus opportunity. Eligibility to participate in the discretionary annual incentive programs is subject to the rules governing the program whereby an award if any depends on various factors including without limitation individual and organizational performance.
