Senior HR Director HR Business Partner

As aSenior HR Directorhere at Honeywell you will lead our human resources strategy driving initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance workforce performance in the aerospace business.

You will report directly to VP Human Resources and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the organization by shaping HR policies fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the aerospace division.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations performance management and leadership development programs to promote a positive work environment.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Plus 15 years of human resources management within the aerospace or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in developing talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and leadership development programs.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 plus years of experience in HR management preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change effectively.
