Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a permanent basis (35 hours per week).
The successful candidate will work within the Clerical Administration Department and must possess the following at a minimum:
- 2 years office/administration experience essentialExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player.
- Excellent IT skills - Excel Word typing skills.
- Ability to multitask essential.
- Excellent time keeping skills.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Motivation and dedication to providing quality and excellent service.
- Ability to evaluate information and judge situations.
- Flexible to changing needs.
