We are currently hiring Basic Grade Radiographer for a reputed hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with departmental protocols radiation safety standards and professional guidelines.
Provide high-quality patient-centred care before during and after imaging procedures.
Ensure accurate patient identification positioning and image acquisition to achieve optimal diagnostic quality.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely reporting faults or concerns in line with departmental procedures.
Maintain accurate timely and confidential patient records in accordance with data protection and organisational policies.
Work effectively as part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team communicating clearly with radiologists nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Assist in the training and supervision of student radiographers and new staff as appropriate.
Participate in quality assurance programmes clinical audit and service improvement initiatives.
Comply with CORU standards of practice hospital policies and relevant legislation.
Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain professional competence and registration requirements.
Provide flexibility to work across a rota including evenings weekends and on-call duties as required by the service.
Requirements
Hold the Diploma of the College of Radiographers (Diagnostic) or a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography.
Qualification must be recognised and validated by the Irish Institute of Radiography and Radiation Therapy (IIRRT).
Be registered with CORU.
Demonstrate experience of working effectively as part of a team of radiographers.
Have eligibility to work in Ireland.
CT and/or MRI experience is desirable.
