Job Summary
The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTUs giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists alumni business community partners corporations that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research.
The Senior Executive Gift Processing is responsible for supporting accurate processing of donations maintaining donor records and ensuring the Universitys compliance with relevant regulations. This role supports the universitys fundraising efforts by fostering strong relationships with donors and enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database ensuring compliance with donor intent.
Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors enhancing satisfaction and engagement.
Data Management: Maintain and update donor records ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field. Diploma holders preferably in Business or Accountancy field with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and/or fundraising would be highly advantageous.
Skills:
Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in handling data and numbers.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness.
