This assignment will begin on March 30 2026 and last through the end of the school year.

Your day to day:

• Teach and instruct in the subject matterof Science.
• Utilize an adopted course of study instructional program guidelines and other materials in planning and developing lesson plans and teaching outlines.
• Conduct teaching and instructional activities using educational equipmentand materials.
• Maintain appropriate standards ofstudent behavior using behavioral management strategies and techniques including positive reinforcement and behavior-shaping procedures.
• Counsel conferwith and communicate with parents school and district personnel regardingstudent progress.
• Perform a variety of non-instructional duties including curriculum and instructional development activities student supervision and consultation activities.
• Remain flexible innovative and adaptive to change.
• Be a role model for students regarding life-long learning and professional behavior.
• Perform other related functions as required.
