Financial Analyst - Business Unit Integrators (Experienced or Senior)

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Services Team is seeking two Business Unit Integrators (Experienced or Senior) to join them in Hazelwood MO (or Berkeley MO).

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite 3 days a week at one of the listed location options.

In these roles you will join a diverse and growing team with an expanding customer portfolio to modernize and sustain global customers F-15 fleets. Primary responsibilities will include leading large new program baselines Estimates at Complete (EACs) Long-Range Business Planning and forecasting (LRBP) and customer facing financial reporting. The selected candidates will work cross-functionally to become trusted partners to the program management supply chain and operational teams to ensure program success.

Position Responsibilities:

Takes overall Responsibility Accountability and Authority (RAA) for program standup/baseline activities and Estimates at Complete including robust opportunity and risk development
Develops the annual LRBP monthly financial forecasting and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) customer reporting including EVM
Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers stakeholders and peers
Independently assists program managers in driving successful contract execution through budget management and other ad-hoc finance support
Provides financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits across contract lifecycles

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelors degree or higher
3 years of experience in Finance or related technical business field
3 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or budgeting and financial forecasting
3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel to perform data compilation using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in supporting or leading estimates at complete (EACs)
Experience using exceptional communication problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences
Experience in performing Earned Value Management analysis and cost / schedule integration maintenance tasks (variances KPI analysis Control Account Manager (CAM) Support)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $85000 - $123050

Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $107100 - $155250
