Position Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the community operates smoothly efficiently and in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and organizational this role the Executive Director provides leadership that supports high-quality services for residents oversees day-to-day operations and guides teammates in delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Ultimately the Executive Director ensures the community reflects the mission and values of Lutheran Services Carolinas while fostering a positive safe and well-run environment for residents families and teammates.
Qualifications (minimum job requirements): Education: BA/BS degree preferred
Specialized knowledge licenses etc.: Nursing home administrator license preferred; will consider assisted living administrator license in lieu of nursing home administrator license.
