**Position Overview: Director HRIS**
The Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is tasked with providing strategic vision and leadership for the planning budgeting project coordination and management of HRIS initiatives within the Office of Talent Management (OTM).
This role is pivotal in streamlining operations to align with evolving business technology needs. Reporting directly to OTM leadership the director ensures all systems and data strategies align with industry best practices.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing integrations between various HR systems and enterprise applications.
The Director will collaborate closely with OTM Information Systems and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to identify and execute strategic priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.
Ensuring the continuity and successful delivery of functional services to all stakeholders is a fundamental accountability of this role.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Extensive expertise in HR processes and their integration with business objectives.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in project management with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of HRIS experience with a requisite proficiency in Workday.
- A Bachelors degree is required.
- Familiarity with UKG systems is preferred.
