Reports To: Sales Manager & VPGM
Status: Full-Time / Hourly
Provide administrative support to the branch sales team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with pre-sales activities.
Welcome and assist guests and vendors.
Order and maintain office supplies break areas demo floor and conference rooms.
Collect and distribute daily mail.
Prepare and maintain monthly Average Volume Reports.
Retrieve buyout and trade-up quotes and invoices from banks.
Enter credit requests and vendor points for sales reps.
Draft and prepare sales proposals.
Enter orders into CRM and assist with database cleanup.
Serve as lead contact for all pre-sales tasks.
Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Process equipment move requests.
Internal: Collaborates with exempt and non-exempt staff.
External: Communicates with customers vendors and visitors.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear professional written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Prior experience in a sales or administrative environment.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Comfortable using phone computer tools and applications.
Strong typing and written communication ability.
Able to lift 20 lbs occasionally.
