Job Summary
Global Benefits Manager
As aGlobal Benefits Managerhere at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design implementation and administration of employee benefits programs within our Aerospace business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings align with the companys overall compensation and benefits strategy. By managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and wellness programs you will contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
You will report directly to ourVP Global Benefitsand youll work out of ourPhoenix AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.
In this role you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive comprehensive and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with the companys overall compensation and benefits strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 plus years of experience in global benefits administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Experience with benefits administration systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
