ABOUT THE ROLE:
The IT Salesforce Administrator is the technical owner of applications that are used by Alerus internal and external clients. This position is responsible to work closely with the applicable Business Unit to understand needs and concerns around the solution. Will use the applications native tools to develop and configure the system. Responsible to create efficiencies and utilize the system to the fullest and provide user and process escalation support.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand pain points and translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Design build and maintain Salesforce Flows (Screen Record-Triggered Scheduled) to automate complex business processes
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend technical improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy
  • Create functional and technical documentation for new and enhanced Salesforce solutions
  • Configure Salesforce features including objects fields validation rules page layouts and automation tools
  • Lead solution design discussions ensuring proposed solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flows automation and system behavior
  • Perform impact analysis and testing to ensure changes do not negatively affect existing functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Service Operations IT) to drive successful implementations
  • Provide user support training and guidance to encourage adoption of new processes and tools

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • 3-5 years SFDC experience.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required and up to date 3 years SFDC Administration experience.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Flexibility with schedule for backup coverage system conversions updates and maintenance.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change within a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:

$72000 - $90000 annually
