Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SOC/NOC tools such as SIEM SOAR and network monitoring systems.
Monitor and optimize system performance resource utilization and tool configurations.
Ensure proper integration and functionality of SOC/NOC tools.
Implement security controls apply system updates and conduct regular patching.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to NOC/SOC operations.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management.
Maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of IT System Administration experience supporting one or more of the following: Networking Linux Cloud Windows or Microsoft platforms.
Experience administering SOC and/or NOC tools (e.g. SIEM SOAR or network monitoring tools).
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security CISSP or relevant vendor certifications).
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Ansible Puppet).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
