You willlead themanagement and brand activationofRamazzotti(&Italicus)with theobjectiveto constantly enhance the brands value proposition and grow the business.
Your key missions:
Brand Strategy:
Contributeto the definition and development ofRamazzottisstrategyin line with the Aperitif portfolios ambitionwhile leading initiatives to bring to life the brand positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and activation across allchannelsand markets.
Act as themarketing point of contact for theglobalItalicusteam based in Londonand ensure thatthe brandstrategy isaligned and contribute to the Aperitif inflexion.
Brand World:
In collaboration with theCoE develop a compelling brand world that reflects the essence of the brand and engages consumers.
Develop brand visual identity guidelinesfor alltouchpointsandcollaborate withcreativeteamto produce high-quality content thatbringsthe brand world to life.
Brand Activation
Lead the development of brand experience and activation platforms / guidelines to marketsthat resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Managethe brand POSM catalogue and collaboratewith the shopperCoEtodevelopmerchandising and market guidelinesto win in the L3F.
Collaborate with markets co on development especially drive ones and track the performance to build optimized plans
Portfolio management:
Collaborate with the innovation and RTD teams to develop product initiatives (NPD Non-alcand RTDrangesextension) while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer needs.
Manage the brand portfolio (restageslabelsformats) and drive sustainable growth (enhancement / rationalization of the range design to sustainable value projects).
Act as key marketing point of contact forRamazzottisops team in Italy for the brand projects-related.
MarketAccelerationsupport
Act as main marketing contact for all markets incl. regular follow-ups with main markets
Support business development (onboarding / launch of other markets market activation updates performance follow ups key business meetings preparation etc.)
