You will be basedatThe Island our office in central Paris.

You willlead themanagement and brand activationofRamazzotti(&Italicus)with theobjectiveto constantly enhance the brands value proposition and grow the business.

Your key missions:

Brand Strategy:

  • Contributeto the definition and development ofRamazzottisstrategyin line with the Aperitif portfolios ambitionwhile leading initiatives to bring to life the brand positioning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and activation across allchannelsand markets.

  • Act as themarketing point of contact for theglobalItalicusteam based in Londonand ensure thatthe brandstrategy isaligned and contribute to the Aperitif inflexion.

Brand World:

  • In collaboration with theCoE develop a compelling brand world that reflects the essence of the brand and engages consumers.

  • Develop brand visual identity guidelinesfor alltouchpointsandcollaborate withcreativeteamto produce high-quality content thatbringsthe brand world to life.

Brand Activation

  • Lead the development of brand experience and activation platforms / guidelines to marketsthat resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.

  • Managethe brand POSM catalogue and collaboratewith the shopperCoEtodevelopmerchandising and market guidelinesto win in the L3F.

  • Collaborate with markets co on development especially drive ones and track the performance to build optimized plans

Portfolio management:

  • Collaborate with the innovation and RTD teams to develop product initiatives (NPD Non-alcand RTDrangesextension) while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and consumer needs.

  • Manage the brand portfolio (restageslabelsformats) and drive sustainable growth (enhancement / rationalization of the range design to sustainable value projects).

  • Act as key marketing point of contact forRamazzottisops team in Italy for the brand projects-related.

MarketAccelerationsupport

  • Act as main marketing contact for all markets incl. regular follow-ups with main markets

  • Support business development (onboarding / launch of other markets market activation updates performance follow ups key business meetings preparation etc.)

Transversal:

  • LeadIBP processforRamazzotti coordinate forItalicus

  • Champion centralA&P processfor the Aperitif architecture & activation team

Functional capability:

  • You haveminimum5years ofexperience in brand management.

  • Brand Strategy Development Portfolio Planning and New Product Development experience

  • Project management

  • Market& Consumer Insights

  • Business Strategy / PortfolioGrowth

  • You speak English fluentlyFrench and/orItalian is a plus.
