Job Summary
We are looking for a true leadersomeone who can successfully manage projects ensure the right team is in place and step in from a technical perspective when needed.
Job Description:
- Manage technicians
- Work closely with project managers
- Coordinating teams and tasks
- Handle HR-related issues
- Skilled in troubleshooting PLC automation issues.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience minimum in an Electrical and/or Instrumentation environment
- Firm and assertive
- Team lead or management experience
- Thrive under pressure
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Qualification:
Red seal trade test Electrician/ Ndip or BTech in Electrical Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
