About The Role:
The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding role focuses on ensuring timely and high-quality hiring by streamlining recruitment processes strengthening sourcing strategies and aligning with hiring managers on priorities. Alongside recruitment this role enhances the companys employer brand through content creation social media engagement and develop employer branding plan.
What You Will Do:
- Develop Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through targeted outreach sourcing activities and relationship-building with potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Support and conduct initial screenings and behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate motivation role fit and cultural alignment with the organization.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate evaluation through interview coordination ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives including job postings social media content and campus or early-career engagement efforts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Psychology Business Communications Marketing or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable with using software technology such as ATS platforms sourcing tools and a quick learner to continuously adopt new recruitment technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Having organizational/voluntary experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of employer branding content and messaging is a plus.
