What Youll Do as an Infrastructure Mobility Group Manager

• Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service promoting Fishers capabilities building lasting relationships.
• Support the development and execution of strategic business plans.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets scope schedule and staffing to ensure successful on-time delivery.
• Lead and prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout project delivery.
• Proactively identify monitor and resolve technical schedule or financial issues.
• Successfully lead and manage a team across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain a high-performing motivated team with strong morale.
• Mentor staff in technical development leadership and client engagement.
• Set clear expectations provide constructive feedback and coach employees to support career growth.
• Navigate and support complex public processes and municipal approvals.
• Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations business boards and community activities.

What You Bring Your Expertise as an Infrastructure Mobility Group

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
• 15 years minimum in transportation civil engineering design
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• 10 years minimum of project management experience
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to use metrics and data to drive performance and results.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven client relationship and business development success in the transportation sector
• Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation AutoCAD and OpenRoads a plus
• Thorough understanding of transportation project development and delivery including NCDOT agency and locally administered federal-aid projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation engineering principles including roadway or bridge design and regulatory standards.

Salary Range $150000-$195000
