Job Summary
DESCRIPTION
Top notch dental company looking to fill a U.S. Sales Manager role. Develop and execute U.S. sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Manage and mentor a complex team of direct reports to achieve individual and team objectives. Customers are general practice dentists dental labs government and academic facilities.

REQUIREMENTS
-5 years Director level or higher management experience in the dental field
-3 years dental sales experience
-Excellent presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
-Self-motivated highly organized and comfortable with frequent travel (40%50%)
-Proven track record of success! The ideal candidate is a motivated well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships in the dental industry.
