Are you a quality leader with a passion for precision and a heart for innovation Norsk Titanium a global pioneer in 3D-printed structural titanium for aerospace is on the hunt for a Quality Assurance Manager whos ready to own lead and evolve our U.S. quality operations.

Were not your typical manufacturer; We are reshaping the future of flight. Our patented RPD (Rapid Plasma Deposition) technology is pushing boundaries and we need someone equally bold to champion quality at every layer.

What you will do:

Lead a team of driven QA pros ensuring our titanium parts exceed customer expectations
Own AS9100 compliance supplier quality and audit readiness
Partner globally across engineering production and supply chain to build bulletproof quality systems
Think big and act boldly were counting on your insight to improve processes tools and team culture
Be hands-on proactive and decisive;Because quality at NTi isnt a checkbox its a mindset

Who you are:

A strategic people-first leader with 5 years in quality management (aerospace or advanced manufacturing major plus!)
Fluent in ISO AS9100 and quality control methods Six Sigma is your second language
A builder of systems and teams; Not just a manager but a motivator
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic high-growth tech-forward environment
Someone who values collaboration curiosity and continuous improvement
