Role Purpose 职位目标
Build HP Channel TMKT strategy and plan Dig out business growth opportunity and provide solution for the business risk management.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:
Develop HP Channel strategy and activation plan to support medical business growth and market share gain based on the deep understanding of channel insight.
Consolidate content activites from expert marketing to enable HP channel and provide insight to expert marketing to upgrade expert marketing strategy.
Develop KA support system including Pharmacology Academic Forum platform activites to enable high effective KA listing.
Explore medical market business opportunity and risk and develop growth or mitigation plan.
Control selling p budget and ensure efficient investment.
Highly control on TMKT operation based on corporate compliance content.

Bachelors degree & above Medical Trade Marketing/Expert marketing/Business Administration related.
5 years working experience in MNC Top FMCG/Medical companies experience is preferred
Strong experience in HCP management and engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking and Problem-solving skills.
Need expert marketing insight and business acumen.
Familiar with Regional Sales distributor management as well as internal compliance policy
