Job Description:
1. Shop in shop group channel strategy and annual business plan
2. Manage SIS group Budgetsincluding Target setting TE and A&CP investment plan execution tracking and PR/PO/Contract/TPM notification process.
3. Optimize channel ROIconduct regular performance analysis and adjust strategies in real time base on data insights.
3. Brand activation contact window co-work with Nmkt and SPT sales team lock down full year activation calendar and perfect execution
4. SIS group Yee collection and Period sales landing management by SKU FCST and quota management
5. SIS group instore assets(PDS/POSM) management
6. SIS group customer service management and training
Requirements:
degree or above
communication and manage complexity ability
5 years experience in trade marketing experience or Tmall sales experience
analysis and business insight and know the basic business operation CRM content related knowledge.
financial knowledge and experience in target allocation budget management contract and rebate management
