Job Description
Your role:
- Responsible for management of distributor selection onboarding and termination process including distributor agreement authorization management etc.
- Sort out the dealer channels clarify the circulation links and establish a long-term filing mechanism.
- Coordinate with tier 1 distributors to implement full-channel and end-to-end management ensuring controllable channel risks and efficient channel hierarchy.
- Establish a distributor performance management mechanism and implement distributor performance management.
- Establish a distributor inventory management mechanism to ensure consistency between distributor inventory and the DMS system and to ensure that distributors report product flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cooperate with the Channel Management Department to evaluate distributors and ensure the effective implementation of all compliance processes.
- In accordance with policy requirements cooperate with end distributors to complete the signing of tripartite agreements through internal and external coordination.
