In this role youll be the go to person of our talent strategy in European markets directly influencing our ability to scale technical and non-technical teams that build great teams. Key Responsibilities

• Strategize with hiring managers to develop role-specific recruitment plans and serve as a subject matter expert on the talent market.

• Innovate your sourcing approach by leveraging diverse channels to find and engage top industry talent for key technical and non-technical profiles.

• Champion a premium candidate experience that reflects Trimbles values ensuring every interaction is meaningful and proactive.

• Negotiate and extend job offers seeking win-win solutions that align the candidates aspirations with Trimbles mission.

• Collaborate on global projects to experiment with new ways of attracting unique talent and optimizing the recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bilingual & Multilingual Expertise: Fluency in both German and Polish is required to manage recruitment across both regions alongside Business-level English communication skills.

• Recruitment Foundation: 0 - 2 years of experience in working or familiarity with Talent Attraction Sourcing or TA Advisor roles & responsibilities.

• Full-Cycle Capability: Knowledge / ability to lead candidate screening & selection processes for a variety of technical engineering and non-technical positions.

• Communication: A natural communicator with a proven talent for building relationships and managing hiring manager expectations.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience / Knowledge using LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced candidate sourcing.

• Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Location: Cracow Poland In-Office

• Travel Requirement: 0-15%
