The Role
This is a first in-house recruiter role. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own and evolve the full recruitment engine working closely with the Head of HR leadership team and key stakeholders across the business. This role goes beyond execution youll help shape hiring strategy employer brand and candidate experience end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Product Tech Sales and Operations
- Build and strengthen employer branding in collaboration with leadership and marketing
- Design and deliver a seamless human-centered candidate onboarding experience
- Partner directly with C-level and senior leaders on hiring priorities
- Track recruitment metrics analyze funnels and optimize hiring performance
- Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing screening and efficiency
Requirements
- 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (SaaS / Tech preferred)
- Background in psychology talent assessment or human-centered studies
- Experience using AI or automation tools in recruitment
- Strong onboarding experience
- Fluent English
- Data-driven proactive and stakeholder-oriented mindset
