- Create a welcoming engaging classroom where children feel safe to learn and grow
- Foster a love of learning through a positive growth-oriented mindset
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with Infants Toddlers or Preschool children
- Provide a nurturing safe and developmentally appropriate environment
- Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person conversations
- Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a collaborative dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Teaching experience:
- 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
- 6 months required for Full-Time positions
- 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
- Education:
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required (18 years old)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)
- Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
