TheMembership Sales DirectoratAnytime Fitnessplays a vital role in helping people take the first step toward a healthier happier life. This full-time position focuses on connecting with prospective members understanding their goals and guiding them toward the programs and coaching that will help them succeed.
This is more than a sales role its aboutchanging lives through fitnessand strengthening ourlocal community. Youll be part of a supportive purpose-driven team that works together to make fitness accessible welcoming and rewarding for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
Member Growth & Connection
Welcome and engage with new prospects learning about their goals and helping them choose the right membership or coaching option
Conduct club tours and consultations that build confidence and excitement about joining
Build genuine relationships with members and leads through consistent and timely follow-up
Maintain strong conversion rates by focusing on connection clarity and trust
Community Engagement & Outreach
Create partnerships with local businesses schools and organizations to promote health and wellness in the community
Represent Anytime Fitness at local events to connect with new people and share the positive impact we make
Assist with in-club promotions and challenges that build engagement and participation among members
Retention & Member Experience
Stay in touch with members to ensure they feel supported and connected after joining
Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure each new member begins with a clear plan for success
Help maintain a welcoming professional environment that reflects our club standards and values
Organization & Reporting
Track daily and weekly performance metrics related to tours leads and conversions
Participate in weekly strategy and leadership meetings to share progress and insights
Ensure all member and lead information is accurately recorded and organized
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and confidence
A positive goal-oriented personality that thrives on building relationships and achieving results
Organized and dependable with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working toward goals and taking initiative to drive performance
Flexible schedule availability (including some evenings and weekends)
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
Base Pay:$12.50 per hour
Commission Opportunities:Monthly bonuses typically averaging an additional $6$7 per hour based on performance
