PositionSummary
As a Learning Experience Designer you willbe responsible fordesigning developing and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts instructional designers and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gatheraccurateinformation and support the development of clear and engaging learning content.
Design and build interactive training materials including eLearning modules videos guided demonstrations and simple multimedia elements using Articulate 360 toolsor any other provided.
Leverage AI-based content creation and editing tools to enhance efficiency and quality during the development process.
Create basic assessments and Knowledge Checks aligned with established learningobjectivesand review them with SMEs for accuracy.
Support needs assessments and learner analysis by collecting information and helping summarize insights to inform instructional design decisions.
Helpmeasuretraining effectiveness by organizing learner feedback reviewing assessment data andidentifyingimprovements for future iterations.
Research and stay informed on foundational instructional design principles and emerging technologies relevant to eLearning development.
Assistinstructors and internal teams with the deployment documentation and rollout of learning materials and training programs.

Work Environment
This position performs its duties from ourNew Braunfels positionoperatesin a professional office environmentand roleroutinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the officeisexpected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
Therange is $24 - $30 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology ora relatedfield(or relevant experience).
Knowledge of the LCPtracker system or willingness to learn its functions as part of onboarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred) or willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of instructional design concepts such as learningobjectives assessments and learner engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools including AI contentcreation platforms.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating multimedia content (e.g. simple videos screen captures basic animations).
Exposure to learning management systems (LMS) such asDocebo Skillsoft Cornerstone etc.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA) and inclusive design practices.
