Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow existing accounts and capture new business
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting lead qualification cold calling presentations and closing
  • Serve as a technical resource to customersunderstanding applications and recommending solutions
  • Partner with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage time territory projects and opportunity pipeline
  • Build long-term trust-based relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Experience Education and Skills

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • IFPS Certified Fluid Power Specialist (or similar) strongly preferred
  • 5 years of technical sales experience including 3 years in hydraulic fluid power systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and write technical proposals
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic and/or pneumatic applications and troubleshooting
  • Strong territory management planning and time-management skills
  • Proven success in value-added solution-based selling
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage projects and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word and ability to learn and effectively us a CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive to exceed goals
  • Valid drivers license some travel is required

  • Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)
  • Pumps motors cylinders valves filtration
  • Electrical controls VFDs motors linear actuators and guides
  • PLC control systems
  • Pneumatic systems and air prep
  • Component kits and repair solutions
