The Opportunity
This is a high-income sales role for someone who is genuinely motivated by uncapped earning potential and building their own book of business. Youll be out in the field knocking doors building relationships with homeowners and guiding them through the roofing and insurance restoration process from inspection to project completion. Shamrock provides the brand systems training and back-end operational support. You bring the hustle.

What Youll Do
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing storm outreach referrals and community networking
- Conduct roof gutter and siding inspections and document damage accurately
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions insurance claims processes and Shamrocks services
- Prepare and present project proposals close sales and collect signed contracts
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion serving as the homeowners primary point of contact
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
- Youve completed Shamrocks training program and closed your first independent sale
- Youve established a consistent daily canvassing routine and built a pipeline of active prospects
- You understand the insurance claims process well enough to guide homeowners confidently from inspection to approval
Requirements:
What Were Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation this is the core of the role
- Ability to climb ladders walk roofs and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre representing the Shamrock brand with every homeowner interaction
- Highly motivated coachable and disciplined you set your own schedule and are accountable for your own results
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Cell phone required
- Prior roofing construction or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required
