We are the Partner Experience organization in Prime Video responsible for building systems and experiences that enable best in class content management monetization and analytics for tens of thousands of Prime Videos 3P partners globally (Hollywood Studios Media Houses Post production houses and content creators).

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development to lead engineering teams building services and tools that enable our content partners to deliver their content to Prime Video in a friction-free manner. As a Senior Manager you will use your expertise and high judgement to design team structures and strategies to meet long-term business goals in areas where problems and strategies are not yet this leader of leaders role you will lead mentor and grow multiple teams building complex distribution systems for partner onboarding partner-facing APIs and large-scale partner catalog management experiences. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex multi-team initiatives with measurable impact on content operations and partner experience while continuing to build and scale engineering teams through effective hiring onboarding and talent development in the Prime Video ecosystem.

In this high-impact high-visibility role youll be in an unique position to have a view into the entertainment industry and how we can shape the future of digital supply chain with product tech and science investments. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders including global cross-functional teams within Amazon external executive teams and technical teams from both sides while establishing metrics processes and best practices that enable team productivity and quality for the Prime Video Partner Experience.


- 10 years of engineering experience
- 5 years of engineering team management experience
- 10 years of planning designing developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs projects and development teams in an Agile environment

- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Experience designing and developing large scale high-traffic applications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
