Job Summary
A collaborative and rewarding alternative investment firm is hiring a Senior Accountant to join its team. This is a standout opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who wants to move beyond a traditional month-end or audit path and gain broader exposure to how deals actually get executed managed and reported on inside a top-tier investment platform.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in private equity credit or alternative investments while working across the full lifecycle of investments. The position offers a unique blend of accounting fund operations transaction support reporting and analytical work with exposure to senior stakeholders across finance tax legal investor relations and investment teams.
What youll be doing
- Support investment and entity activity from close through ongoing ownership and exit
- Help manage quarterly and annual reporting audit support reconciliations and core accounting processes
- Assist with capital calls distributions cash activity and other deal-related finance workflows
- Contribute to valuation support portfolio reporting and investment analysis
- Partner with internal teams and external providers on transaction execution documentation and reporting deliverables
- Take part in process improvement work to make reporting and finance operations more efficient and scalable
