Kundenberater / Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Cologne office (ideally with a background in customer support / kundenservice for example as a Kundenberater Vertriebsinnendienst Customer Service Agent Call Centre Agent or similar).

What Were Looking For
- C2 level fluency in NL and/or FR and B2 / C1 level fluency in EN is essential.
- Experience of working in a customer service / kundenservice (phone chat or email) role with proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency (for example as a Kundenberater Vertriebsinnendienst Customer Service Agent Call Centre Agent or similar).
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems during customer interactions (i.e. Microsoft Office CRM systems and ticketing tools e.g. Salesforce Genesys Service Cloud).
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and stay professional under pressure.
- Proactive in diagnosing issues managing expectations and staying calm during escalations.
What Youll Be Doing
- First point of contact for buyers and sellers on our automotive marketplace handling everything from general enquiries and vehicle logistics to finance queries and claims.
- Build strong customer relationships by being their trusted go-to for day-to-day support and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience throughout the vehicle buying and selling process.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively from listings and sales queries to disputes and claims. You will manage escalations and work closely with our logistics finance sales buyer and operations teams to ensure every case is handled smoothly.
