Were looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will own the analytics strategy for the Enpal App which is the connection between our customers and their Enpal products and services - from solar and battery to EV charging heat pumps and energy trading - where every decision touches real money real energy and real behavior. Youll help define how we measure success what questions we ask and which signals actually matter across fundamentally different customer segments and hardware configurations.
Your Impact
- Own the measurement framework for a complex product. Define what success looks like across multiple customer segments - each with different value models different behaviors and different experience drivers.
- Turn data into product direction. Go beyond dashboards. Uncover why customers engage (or dont) whether they understand their financial value and where the product fails to deliver on its promise. Your analyses will directly shape roadmap priorities.
- Design and run rigorous experiments. Partner with PMs and engineers to design instrument and evaluate A/B tests across distinct customer segments - where context matters baselines vary and a poorly scoped test can mislead the organization.
- Drive the analytics foundation. Define tracking requirements establish instrumentation standards and create scalable data infrastructure that the organization can grow into. Youll set the standard for what good analytics looks like here.
- Enable data-informed teams. Design self-serve dashboards frameworks and tools that let product engineering and design teams within the customer app domain move faster with confidence - without coming to you for every question.
- Direct influence on product direction. Youll work closely with PMs designers and engineers in a lean team where insights translate to decisions.
Your Profile
What We Expect
- Product analytics depth. Significant experience as a product analyst or in a similar role with a track record of analyses that changed product direction - not just reported on it.
- Metrics design for complex systems. Youve defined behavioral proxies composite health metrics or segment-specific KPIs for products where the right metric wasnt obvious.
- Strong SQL and analytics tooling. Proficiency in SQL. Experience with product analytics platforms (PostHog Amplitude or similar) and comfort working with event-based tracking architectures.
- Experimentation rigor. Youve designed scoped and evaluated A/B tests - including handling segmentation sample size and knowing when a test result is misleading rather than conclusive.
- Stakeholder confidence. You challenge PMs and designers with data not deference. You can present a finding that contradicts the teams hypothesis and make it constructive.
