The company operates across multiple markets and requires centralized people operations support to ensure consistency compliance and administrative accuracy. The People Operations Manager will support ownership and executive management by maintaining structured people processes while coordinating with external vendors accountants and attorneys as needed.
Role Overview:
The People Operations Manager is responsible for centrally managing recruiting coordination employee onboarding and offboarding documentation workforce compliance tracking and administrative registrations across all company markets. This role ensures consistency accuracy and timeliness of people-related processes while supporting field leadership and position is administrative and operational in nature and does not provide legal advice or make employment policy decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Hiring Support
- Coordinate recruiting across markets including job postings applicant tracking and interview scheduling. Manage hiring documentation (offer letters I-9 E-Verify W-4) and track staffing progress by market.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee onboarding workflows maintain employee records and manage termination paperwork and offboarding checklists.
- Compliance & Workforce Tracking
- Track employment documentation maintain compliance calendars support audits and ensure process consistency across markets.
- Business Registrations & Filings
- Manage business registrations regulatory filings renewals and compliance tracking; coordinate with external partners as needed.
- Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HR systems and reporting tools; generate hiring headcount and compliance reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong administrative and operational execution skills
- Comfortable managing documentation-heavy workflows
- Experience supporting multi-market or multi-entity organizations
- Clear written and verbal English communication
