Were looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery Lead to join our Global Tech this role you are expected to manage multiple teams of Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) specialists across Manulife segments with a focus on facilitating the team operations to ensure all deliverables are executed in accordance with service level agreement with the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements with the business unit.
- Effectively manage daily operations of the team assigned by coordinating efforts with teams and counterparts onsite and offsite.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration innovation and continuous improvement promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Provide coaching for technologists to increase engagement drive productivity and support career development.
- Responsible for Governance Reports and resource planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Security Risk Management or Cyber Security roles.
- Strong understanding of information security principles practices and standards.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT or security teams.
- Strong communication skills verbal written & presentation; ability to adapt content to various audiences and communicate effectively at all organization levels.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CompTIA Security
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
- Amenable to a mid-shift schedule assigned (with occasional day schedule; depending on business need)
