Commercial CSR
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service a passion for the insurance industry and the ability to manage small to mid-sized accounts effectively. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two days remote. Bilingual fluency required.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65000 - $85000 annually based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a shared book of business within the Commercial Lines team supporting a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
- Service a variety of account types including contractors and general commercial risks such as liability workers compensation commercial auto and general liability.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to client inquiries resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business with a balanced focus on growth and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation using agency management software (HawkSoft).
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflows operational efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Carriers: Familiarity with Progressive Guard Hartford Merchants Cincinnati Liberty Mutual and Hanover is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Bilingual fluency.
