Customer Service Representative (CSR) Body Shop

McGraw Fords Body Shop is growing and were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on organization communication and taking care of people during stressful moments. If youre detail-oriented personable and take pride in delivering a great customer experience this could be a great fit.
What Youll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for body shop customers
Greet customers in person and handle inbound phone calls professionally
Open and manage repair orders
Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately
Coordinate with estimators technicians insurance companies and parts
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Maintain a clean professional front-office environment
What Were Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone and in-person presence
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (CRM/DMS experience a plus)
Prior automotive body shop or insurance experience is preferred but not required
A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
