What Youll Be Doing

• Taking inbound calls from customers regarding debit card accounts
• Assisting with account questions issues and troubleshooting
• Navigating multiple computer systems with speed and accuracy
• Providing professional friendly solution-focused support
• Recommending solutions that best meet customer needs
• Using feedback and coaching to continuously improve

Training & Schedule Details

• Training: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (3 weeks)
• Training access sent the Friday before class starts
• After Training:
  Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
  (1-hour lunch two paid 15-minute breaks)

Equipment & Tech (Start Fast!)

• Use your own computer initially until company equipment ships (usually week one)
• Desktop laptop or large tablet required (no cell phones)
• Internet speed of 50 Mbps upload/download
• Must be comfortable being on camera if requested

Testing & Background

• Testing flexibility available if your rsum shows computer experience
• If required:
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM
  • Internet assessment: 70% or higher

Who Were Looking For

• 6 months of customer service experience (phone or in-person)
• Comfortable working on a computer and multitasking
• Typing speed of 25 WPM or more
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset
• Reliable punctual and ready to work
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
